1. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your payment and our confirmation email.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during booking.

2. Rates and Payment

• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

• The final price will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.

• We offer various payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) as specified during booking.

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We generally do not offer refunds for cancellations made by guests.

• Unfavorable weather conditions deemed unsafe for operation by the captain.

• Mechanical issues with the catamaran that prevent the tour from proceeding.

• Insufficient bookings to meet the minimum requirement for the tour.

4. Changes to Bookings

• We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your booking requested with at least 5 days prior, subject to availability.

5. Alcohol Policy

• We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who, in our sole judgment, appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of substances.

• The consumption of alcohol is prohibited for individuals under the legal drinking age in Mauritius.

• We encourage responsible drinking and urge guests to consume alcohol in moderation.

6. Loss or Damage of Personal Property

• The Groove Boat is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought aboard the vessel. Guests are advised to take precautions to protect their valuables.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• Aqualounge Cruise Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during the tour.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Website Use

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

• The content of this website is protected by copyright.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy.

10.  Photo Release

• If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify us in writing before the cruise departure date.

• The safety and supervision of children onboard the catamaran is the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
